We're a market-leading provider of Alumni Management software, and we're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us evolve our microservices-based architecture and deliver powerful backend capabilities to our enterprise customers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong backend focus
- Deep knowledge of RESTful API design and common patterns
- Clean code, performance, and maintainability
- Test-driven development and unit, integration, and load tests
- Experience designing and running production systems on AWS
- Comfortable working with relational and NoSQL databases
- Experience in microservices environments and distributed systems principles
