Laboratory Technician I - Sample Receiving

We are seeking a Laboratory Technician I - Sample Receiving to join our team in Richmond, VA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for receiving environmental samples into the laboratory, performing data entry, and managing production of bottle preparation and shipments. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualifications preferred
• Some lab experience is preferred but not required
• Must pass screen drug testing
• Proficient in computers and database software
• Knowledge of general lab practices and lab safety
• Able to multi-task and communicate effectively (both oral and written)
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions
• Well organized and have an attention to detail
