Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Expert user of Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and project management software (e.g., Monday, Asana, Trello)
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Flexible availability to support a global executive
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Global availability (occasional evenings/weekends)
