Product Operations Manager (all genders)

We're looking for a Product Operations Manager to ensure our product organization stays on a scalable path with clarity, efficiency, and consistency. You'll build and operate the operational foundation so that Product Managers can focus on customers, the market, and the product.

Requirements

• Professional experience in Product Operations, Product or Project Management in a B2B/SaaS environment
• Strong process and systems thinking with the drive to build and continuously improve scalable workflows and standards
• Solid experience in building KPI systems, reporting, and product analytics
• Excellent communication skills and high standards for documentation and knowledge management
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
