Environment Bank is a market-leading organisation in a sector that’s experiencing rapid growth. We’re looking for a Senior Specialist to lead the delivery of habitat creation and enhancement projects across the South of England, providing oversight and guidance to Habitat Delivery Specialists, and managing regional resourcing decisions.
Requirements
- Significant hands-on delivery experience in agricultural land-based or habitat creation environments.
- Demonstrable experience managing contractors and on-site works.
- Strong project management capability including budgets, delivery plans, schedules and constraints.
- Experience working directly with farmers and/or landowners in a professional capacity.
- Proven ability or clear potential to coach, mentor or lead others, with experience of line management or team leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent organisation, planning and time-management skills.
- Clear communication and reporting discipline.
- Practical problem-solving skills in live delivery environments.
- Ability to balance quality, time and cost under site-level pressures.
- Full UK clean driving licence and willingness to travel for regional site visits and events.
