Network Architect Principal

We are looking for a Network Architect Principal to provide technical leadership and guidance across the organization, creating foundational architectures, strategic roadmaps, and standards to ensure a secure and scalable network infrastructure organization-wide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Architecture.
• 10+ years of experience in network architecture, including 5+ years in senior roles, with experience in Automotive technology manufacturing.
• Skilled in designing and managing complex global networks: LAN/WAN, data centers, cloud, wireless, hybrid environments, and security.
• Expertise in network security, SDN, and cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Deep understanding of network protocols, routing, switching, firewalls, load balancing, and VPNs.
• Proficient with network automation, monitoring, and observability tools.
• Experience in vendor management and network procurement.
• Demonstrated experience in network architecture at the enterprise level.
• History of leading and mentoring others (in official or unofficial capacities).
• Strong technical background across a diverse set of network technologies (routing, switching, firewalls, etc).
• Demonstrated skills in support of technical documentation creation and management.
• Experience with regulatory or compliance networks such as NERC / CIP or SOX is highly desired.
