Job Description
Envision Horizons is seeking a Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end marketplace catalog operations across Amazon and other marketplaces. The role involves listing creation, maintenance, and optimization, troubleshooting errors, and ensuring accurate, compliant, and catalog health for various retail media ecosystems. The position requires collaboration with account managers, media teams, and engineering to resolve catalog issues and streamline processes.
Requirements
- Manage product catalog operations across Amazon and other marketplaces
- Troubleshoot and resolve listing errors, suppressed products, and related catalog issues
- Monitor marketplace dashboards for compliance, account health, and performance
- Support account teams with back-end operations
- Collaborate with tech team and clients
- Track and document operational issues
- Proactively improve processes and improve quality
