Supervise daily production operations, lead and develop a motivated production team, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment, preferably in medical or dental devices.
- Ability to read/write and speak English.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, materials, and quality control systems.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, EBS, KAIZEN, Gemba Walks, and Standard Work.
- Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions under pressure.
- High attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software.
