Job Description
Envista is looking for a Process Engineer for its Spofa Dental manufacturing site in Jicin, Czech Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and optimizing parameters of injection molding machines, solving technological issues, and ensuring compliance with GMP principles.
Requirements
- Setting and optimizing parameters of injection molding machines
- Solving technological issues related to plastic injection molding
- Creation of technological procedures
- Maintenance of assigned documentation
- Ensuring activities arising from SJ SpofaDental a.s. and GMP principles
- Trains operators, setters, and maintenance personnel in the assigned production area
- Creates basic documentation after approval of an exception or change process
- Determines input raw materials for verifying work procedures
- Monitors compliance with work instructions
- Determines the next steps based on in-process control results
- Introduces new technology into production
- Establishes THN and time standards
- Implements changes and innovations
- Collaborates with other departments to solve problems
- Coordinates tests/trials within the change process
- Proposes ergonomic adjustments, improvements, and savings in production
- Eliminates potential safety risks
