Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Patient Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role works closely with patient care teams to ensure seamless coordination of labs, referrals, and administrative processes.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a medical or administrative support role
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a patient-first mindset
- Comfortable adapting to evolving responsibilities
- Knowledge of HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
