Job Description
Enviva is seeking a skilled Pellet Mill Operator to operate and maintain pellet mills, ensuring optimal feed rates, adjusting components, and monitoring pellet quality. The role involves conducting QC testing, troubleshooting equipment, and maintaining a clean work environment. This position contributes to the Enviva's mission of delivering sustainable wood bioenergy solutions.
Requirements
- Demonstrate mechanical aptitude
- Proficient in mathematics and measurements
- Ability to read data and trends to make appropriate process adjustments
- Proven record in upholding safety standards
- Ability to work in outdoor environments and occasionally in temperatures above 100 degrees
- Ability to climb a crane in excess of 100 feet
