Maintenance Technician

Envolve Client Services Group is recruiting a friendly and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to join their team at Park Terrace in Tampa, FL. The successful candidate will perform repairs, troubleshoot, and perform preventative maintenance of all apartment equipment and building systems.

Requirements

• Two years maintenance experience required or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• College degree preferred
• HVAC and/or EPA certification preferred
• Previous multifamily experience preferred
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification preferred
