Job Description
We are seeking an Airport Agent - Ramp and Customer Service to join our team at Jackson International Airport. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and directing aircraft, loading and unloading baggage, and providing exceptional customer service to our passengers.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Valid state driver's license
- Ability to work rotating shifts
- Flexible to work additional hours with short notice
- Ability to carry, bend, lift, and turn with bags and other items weighing up to 75 lbs.
- Ability to work outside in variable weather conditions
- Fluent communication skills in English
