Lead Agents must be able to complete all functions of the agent position, communicate with employees by radio, and prepare weight and balance sheets for flights prior to departure. The role involves planning functions for aircraft departures, scheduling, and manpower utilization. Lead Agents must also administer local training programs and maintain supplies and inventory control logs.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18
- High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent
- Valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport
- TSA-acceptable identification for business travel purposes
- Ability to work a variety of rotating shifts
- Knowledge of basic computer functions including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language
- Possess the legal right to work in the United States
- Experience applying math principles for mathematical calculations (preferred)
- Good organizational and interpersonal skills
- Above-average qualities of leadership, initiative, and judgment
