Job Description
Envoy Global is seeking a detail-oriented Immigration Consultant to lead their production team in Windhoek, Namibia. This role involves managing the complexities of immigration procedures, ensuring successful outcomes for employers and individuals, and serving as a key point of contact for stakeholders. The consultant will also drive performance and oversee team development.
Requirements
- Work closely with the leadership team on country/region structure and resourcing (headcount)
- Develop the immigration program for country/region
- Handle immigration case work for African countries
- Serve as a main point of contact for stakeholders
- Review case assessments and initiations
- Ensure NPS meets targets
- Ensure quality compliance
- Manage team's professional development
- Advise on immigration rules
- Clear communication with immigration authorities
- Escalate applications to authorities when needed
- Manage team's training and development
- Fluent in English
- Strong organizational skills
