Collaboration Engineer

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Collaboration Engineer to support the global collaboration environment across all regions. The role will involve strategy, maintenance, and lifecycle management of collaboration platforms, ensuring consistent standards and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in Unified Communications, Collaboration Engineering, or related technical roles
• Strong expertise in CUCM, Expressway, Pexip, Cisco video endpoints, Microsoft Teams and SIP call-flow fundamentals
• Knowledge of video infrastructure, SBCs, media paths, cloud video interop, and Direct Routing
• Understanding of AV room integrations and cross-platform video routing
• Proficiency with Office 365, system monitoring tools, analytics dashboards, and API-based automations
