Job Description
We are looking for a CNC machine operator to program, set up, and run a variety of numerical computer control machines in our Pflugerville production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience programming three-axis mills and two-axis lathes, knowledge of machining Aluminum, Copper, Titanium, and Stainless Steel, and proficiency with precision measuring and part inspection.
Requirements
- Setup, run, and maintain CNC bed mill, CNC lathe, bandsaw, and wire EDM
- Develop and modify CNC programs to machine parts according to print specifications
- Inspect finished parts for accuracy
- Collaborate closely with other members of the production team to achieve quality and efficiency goals
- Maintain workspace, tools, and equipment following 6S principles
