Helper

The Helper will follow construction safety guidelines and operate heavy equipment in a construction site, assisting with trenching, installing underground utilities, and working with heavy machinery. They will assist with steel structure installation and provide assistance with heavy equipment operation.

Requirements

• Must be able to speak and understand English.
• Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
• OSHA 10 certification (minimum requirement).
• Ability to work safely in and around open trenches.
• Physically capable of performing manual labor.
• Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
