Utility Foreman 1

This position is for a Utility Foreman to supervise construction and maintenance of utility substation projects. The role involves managing crew, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The foreman will also be responsible for ensuring quality and completing projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Supervise and direct crew members on utility substation construction and maintenance.
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-line drawings, and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, inspectors, and utility representatives.
• Manage project logs, timesheets, and material tracking reports.
• Train and mentor crew members on safe work practices.
• Identify and resolve field issues and delays.
• Ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Participate in job site safety meetings.
