Job Description
EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is a rapidly growing insurance firm seeking a Commercial Account Manager. This client-facing role involves managing the full lifecycle of commercial accounts, from renewals to policy servicing, with a focus on exceptional service and coverage solutions. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of mid-to-large commercial account management experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and agency management systems (Sagitta, ImageRight preferred).
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
- Valid Indiana Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain within 90 days.
- Advanced insurance designation required (AAI or CIC).
