Client Manager, P&C Programs

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a Client Manager to support clients and sales teams. This role involves providing specialized insurance solutions, managing risk assessment, and offering customized coverage options. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This position requires a hybrid work schedule focused on Rancho Cordova, CA, or Birmingham, AL.

Requirements

• Agent’s Insurance license
• Comprehensive knowledge of insurance industry standards, policies and procedures
• 4-5 years experience specific to job duties
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Negotiation skills
• Public speaking skills
• Excellent listening skills
• Coaching and mentoring skills
• Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Planning, prioritization and organizational skills
• Strong time management skills

• Sense of urgency in meeting client and producer expectations
• Attention to details
• Attend mandatory internal training classes
• Attend two classes per year toward the achievement of CIC, ARM, CRM, CPCU
