We're looking for a SVP - Casualty Risk Management Broker to work closely with clients and develop relationships with carrier partners. The ideal candidate will have expertise in placement of all casualty risk for large, complex commercial client accounts and experience managing relationships with clients and carrier partners.
Requirements
- Expertise in placement of all casualty risk for large, complex commercial client accounts
- Experience managing relationships with both clients and carrier partners
- Leadership experience in managing a team of direct reports (desired)
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of urgency
- Results-oriented with a substantial client service focus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/assignments and communicate with team members across various offices
- Desire to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Ability to translate insurance terms into easy-to-understand explanations for clients
