Requirements

• PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
• Proven experience building and deploying production-grade LLM or agentic AI systems
• Strong background in one or more ML domains: LLMs, NLP, information retrieval, recommendation systems, or reinforcement learning
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals
• A proactive and self-directed mindset, thriving in an agile, experiment-driven environment
