Job Description
Epiroc Drilling Solutions LLC is seeking a qualified High Voltage Electrical Technician to perform electrical duties, make necessary adjustments, and follow safety guidelines. This on-site or remote position involves troubleshooting, component replacement, and ensuring proper electrical system operation, focusing on high voltage terminations and adherence to safety regulations. The role requires a detailed understanding of electrical components and training in reading schematics.
Requirements
- Lay out electrical conduit runs, pull wire, and make electrical connections in a professional manner.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems.
- Replace faulty components.
- Perform rework as required.
- High voltage terminations for up to 7200 volts.
- Read and comprehend electrical schematics.
- Basic understanding of troubleshooting principles.
- Familiarity with the product lines.
- Handling equipment (multi meters, high voltage meggar, pipe threader, conduit bender)
- Read, write, and comprehend specifications.
