The Associate Director of Scattered Site Housing is responsible for leading agency-wide efforts to effectively market scattered site housing subsidy programs to new and existing landlords and property managers. The goal is to expand the number of units available to clients receiving rental assistance.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Education, Policy, Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or a related field desired.
- Four years experience in leasing, real estate, property management, supportive housing, San Francisco rental markets, city planning/public policy, subsidy programs or sales highly desired, but not required
- Knowledge of Bay Area rental market and general knowledge of real estate practices are a plus.
- Able to analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences of proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
- Have a high regard and ability to meet schedules and timelines; demonstrate excellent ability to work independently with little direction.
- Ability to engage a wide variety of people with a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and good humor, including culturally, socially and economically diverse populations, seniors, persons with disabilities, contractors, and professional colleagues
