Lead and manage the global Bioprocess Service and Customer Support organization, design and implement a sustainable global service strategy and new business models.
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration
- Proven track record of building and leading international service organizations (>50 employees)
- Solid understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution management, ideally within the life science / lab equipment industry
- International leadership experience in matrix organizations and multicultural teams
- Very good command of English, German skills are an advantage
