• Higher education in construction or electrical engineering
• Experience as a construction supervisor
• Good understanding of construction processes and skills
• Valid SSVA certificate
• Ability to manage construction work within the project schedule and budget
• Ability to effectively lead and cooperate
• B category driver's license
• Good computer skills (MS Office package)
