Requirements

• University degree in civil engineering or construction structures
• No less than 3 years of experience in organizing construction and repair work or technical maintenance
• Specialized qualification of a construction site technical maintenance manager
• Good knowledge of the Law on Construction and its subsidiary acts
• Knowledge of the application of project documentation content and legal acts
• Good computer skills (MS Office), good Project Professional skills
• Driver's license
• Communication skills, organization, responsibility, initiative
