Job Description
We're looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team at EQS Group. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the design and usability of our Compliance Cockpit Platform. You will lead the end-to-end design process for core platform features, collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to create user-centered solutions, and apply AI tools to accelerate design workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design
- Experience designing and shipping products using AI
- Passion for AI and exploration of new tools and technologies
- Excellent collaborator, comfortable working with Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
