Job Description
Equals Railsr is hiring a Bid Manager to own and coordinate the end-to-end bid and RFP process for complex and high-value commercial opportunities across the business.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in a Bid Manager, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations, or similar role
- Proven experience managing complex, bespoke bids or RFPs in a B2B or B2B2B environment
- Strong understanding of commercial structures, pricing considerations, and risk governance
