Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our team in London. The role will involve providing strategic and pragmatic legal support to stakeholders across the group, including commercial contracting, regulatory issues, and corporate transactions.
Requirements
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts
- Provide legal support on regulatory issues
- Support the development and launch of new products and services
- Provide corporate and governance advice
- Advise on dispute resolution and contentious issues
- Manage and coordinate external counsel
- Contribute to the development of internal legal templates
- Support board and executive reporting
