Job Description
Equativ is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical expertise and customer support to clients. The role involves resolving technical issues, investigating SaaS solutions, and collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams. The position is within an international team based in Sao Paulo and offers a dynamic, flexible work environment.
Requirements
- 3 years experience in customer-facing in a web-based environment
- 2+ years of experience in the Adtech environment
- Experience with troubleshooting, SQL, JavaScript, CSS/HTML, APIs and Mobile SDKs
- Ability to document technical customer issues
- Consistent delivery on commitments
- Customer service orientation
- Proficiency in English (Spanish a plus)
