Senior Business Analyst

EQ Retirement Solutions is transforming the retirement and pensions markets with leading administration and technology solutions. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our transformation team to support the delivery on migration planning and process optimisation.

Requirements

• Investigate and document current pension scheme processes (DB, DC, hybrid) to Heimdall standards.
• Create detailed SOPs, process maps, and controls tables for all activities earmarked for transition.
• Validate process volumes and client-specific nuances for accurate migration planning.
• Conduct workshops with UK SMEs and Indian teams to capture requirements and clarify dependencies.
• Liaise with Information Security and Compliance teams to ensure DPIAs and regulatory approvals are in place.
• Identify opportunities for process optimisation during migration.
• Recommend automation or efficiency improvements where feasible.
