EQ Shareholder Services is seeking a Senior Vice President, Employee Share Plans to lead the global administration and delivery of employee share plan services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years in employee share plans, compensation, or client servicing, with at least 5 years in a global leadership role.
• Leadership of cross-regional teams
• Communication and client relationship management
• Strategic thinking and continuous improvement
