EquipmentShare is seeking a Future Territory Account Manager to expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. The role involves territory management, sales strategy execution, and customer retention.
Requirements
- Tenacious and innovative outside sales experience and skills with a proven sales track record
- Heavy Construction Equipment or Industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to a growing company and stay educated on EquipmentShare products and services
- Competitive, self-motivated and results-driven, but thrive in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
