Job Description
EquipmentShare is hiring an IT Support Supervisor to build the future of construction with a team that's transforming an industry through innovative technology and real-time support. The IT Support Supervisor will partner with the IT Support Manager to direct the IT support team for PCs, software, networking, and access.
Requirements
- Manage tickets and documentation
- Collaborate on IT security/network access
- Provide direct support and resolve technical issues
- Develop policies/best practices
- Manage conflicts and implement IT strategy
- Schedule shifts and analyze metrics
