Job Description
Equitable is looking for a Senior FP&A Senior Analyst to join their team, supporting key business leaders with high-impact financial insights, forward-looking analysis, and disciplined planning.
Requirements
- Support company wide projects and initiatives as it impacts FP&A functions and reporting
- Maintain the multi-year planning process and forecast process
- Facilitate in the building of new processes to implement forecasts and redesign the planning process
- Assist in coordinating and producing consolidated quarterly and annual reporting and financial reviews with other Finance stakeholders
- Drive automation of production of analytics in a very fast-moving environment
- Prepare documentation, analytics and controls to support internal and external reporting
- Perform financial scenarios analysis to support management strategic and business decision making
- Collaborate with the Investor Relations to build the corporate story and the Treasury team for capital management initiatives
- Take ownership of dedicated KPIs reporting
- Work seamlessly with FP&A business counterparties and all other corporate support functions
