We are looking for a dynamic team member to join the IDO Operations & Strategy team, ensuring the proliferation of New Ways of Working throughout the enterprise. This role involves partnering with senior stakeholders to problem solve, design, and develop measurable and impactful solutions.
Requirements
- Strategic thinker with first-class problem-solving skills
- Outcome-driven team member with ownership of workstreams
- Strong listener, communicator, and facilitator
- Program management experience
- 2+ years of financial services industry experience
- 2+ years working in an NWOW-like culture
- Experience with Viva Goals or similar enterprise goal management tools
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar work management tools
