Job Description
ELS is hiring a Maintenance - Level I in Tampa, FL. As a Maintenance Worker, you will perform various maintenance duties, including light appliance repairs, minor plumbing and carpentry, painting, groundskeeping, and janitorial work. You will work as a team participant to ensure the community meets quality maintenance standards.
