Equity Methods is seeking a Distinguished Software Engineer to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and intelligent systems for their technology and innovation group. This role focuses on architectural leadership, code quality, and driving business impact with a vision for future-proofing their consulting operations and client-facing platforms. The position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and mentoring senior engineers.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- Deep expertise in system architecture, software design patterns, and modern development practices
- Strong experience with web and mobile application development, including cloud-native architectures
- Proven ability to lead technical strategy and mentor engineering teams
- Exposure to AI/ML technologies
- Familiarity with product development workflows and tools
