Office Services Lead

The Office Services Lead is responsible for assisting with day-to-day office operations, partnering with building management and vendors/contractors, and maintaining general office organization. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills, Google, Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency, and the ability to lift equipment and packages weighing 40 or more pounds.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of general office administration experience
• Maintenance experience helpful
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Google, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
