Sr Product Owner, Sales & Customer Experience

Equity Residential is seeking a Sr Product Owner to lead the transformation of technology and drive digital innovation. The role involves shaping the future of the company by leading the planning, execution, and oversight of key technology implementations. It is a hybrid position requiring collaboration with multiple teams and a strong focus on operational excellence and customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of experience in technology project management or similar IT management roles
• 5+ years of experience in Program or Product Management, ideally in digital marketing, website development, customer channels, or similar
• Proven work experience with Agile methodologies and tools
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with marketing and sales solutions
• Knowledge of leading website and mobile app development platforms
• Familiarity with digital experience platforms
• Experience in real estate, hospitality, or multi-family a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
