Job Description
Eram Talent is seeking a skilled Field Operator to join their team within a Water treatment plant. The role involves operating and monitoring equipment, conducting maintenance, diagnosing issues, adhering to safety protocols, and collaborating with team members to improve production efficiency. The company is looking for a passionate and proactive individual with strong technical skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Field Operator
- Experience in chemical plant or sea water pump station or wastewater treatment plant
- Strong technical and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work shifts and travel as needed
