Job Description
Eram Talent is seeking a highly motivated Operations Coordinator for a full-time position in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on operational workflows, vendor communication, data analysis, and compliance. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to drive operational improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years in operations, data analysis, or coordination roles.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-focused environments.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with ERP and CAFM systems.
- Project management or administrative system experience.
- Problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset.
- Understanding of operational processes and performance metrics.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.
