Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Associate with technical expertise in corporate and commercial law to lead complex transactions from structuring through completion. The role involves managing transactions end-to-end, supervising junior lawyers, and working closely with Partners to deliver timely and commercially sound legal advice.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Call to the Nigerian Bar (BL) minimum
- Minimum of six (6) years' post-call experience with at least 1 of those years as a Senior Associate
- Demonstrable and applicable knowledge of legal issues pertinent to the corporate commercial/transactional practice
