Behavioral Health Consultant (Hybrid)

Join Erie Family Health Centers as a Behavioral Health Consultant. Provide consultation services, assessments, treatment, and counseling to patients. Requirements

• Master's degree in a Behavioral Health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, etc.)
• Valid Illinois State Licensure as appropriate to discipline
• Prior work experience as a LSW or LPC in a medical setting or Federally Qualified Health Center
• Cultural competency to work in a low-income, minority environment
• Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural competency
• Knowledge and application of behavior change, adult learning, and group process theories
• Community resources orientation
• Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Publisher, etc.)
• Time management skills
• Detailed oriented
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to conduct individual and/or group presentations
