Requirements
- Master's degree in a Behavioral Health discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, etc.)
- Valid Illinois State Licensure as appropriate to discipline
- Prior work experience as a LSW or LPC in a medical setting or Federally Qualified Health Center
- Cultural competency to work in a low-income, minority environment
- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish) and bi-cultural competency
- Knowledge and application of behavior change, adult learning, and group process theories
- Community resources orientation
- Computer skills (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Publisher, etc.)
- Time management skills
- Detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to conduct individual and/or group presentations
