Requirements

• Proficiency in medical Spanish preferred
• Licensed physician in Illinois
• BLS for Healthcare Provider Certification
• At least 2 years of experience in community health or with a similar patient population while in training is preferred
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology, MD or DO
