Job Description
Erie Insurance is seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data Management Analyst to join their AI Center of Excellence. This role involves leading data management, storage, and utilization of structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources. The analyst will focus on defining requirements, data collection, cleaning, analysis, and creating visualizations, ultimately supporting data lifecycle management and data quality efforts. The role will also involve collaboration with various stakeholders to improve data-driven decision making.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business, or related field, or Associate degree with seven years of related experience.
- Five years’ experience with a Bachelor's degree or 7 years with an Associate degree.
- Experience with data analysis/modeling and relational technologies (Qlik, Excel, etc.).
- Strong data analysis, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements.
- Experience with Data Warehousing and ETL.
