Senior Advisory Consultant

We are seeking a Senior Advisory Consultant to join our Advisory practice in India under our global Digital Services business. As a Senior Consultant, you will work in an environment that encourages innovation, cross-functional collaboration and excellence in technical delivery to consistently deliver solutions that are robust, scalable and meet complex business requirements.

Requirements

• MBA from Tier 2/3 institute or equivalent postgraduate degree
• Bachelor's in Environmental Science, Sustainability, MIS, IT, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in ESG, Sustainability, Climate, or HSE domains
• Prior experience in management consulting (Big 4 or Tier 2 firms preferred)
• Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and project management skills
• Platform: Exposure to EHSS platforms such as Enablon, Sphera, Cority, Intelex, SAP, Workiva, Salesforce or Benchmark Gensuite is a plus.
• Other tools: Power BI, Tableau
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
• Strong interpersonal presence: Must be articulate, confident, and comfortable speaking extempore in client-facing and internal discussions.
• Self-driven and proactive: Demonstrates a high degree of ownership, initiative, and the ability to work independently in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
