BARISTA/BARTENDER - PART TIME (3 or 6 Month Position)

Esalen is seeking a part-time Bartender/Barista to join their Kitchen team. The Bartender will be responsible for providing beverage service, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming dining experience. • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Ability to work under moderate pressure with strict timelines
• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Ability to work 30 or 60 hours a week
